Q. How do I set up the Logic Back?

A. For best results, please refer to the VIDEO ON How To Use the LOGICBACK CUSTOM POSUTRE SUPPORT. The adjustable straps inside the      logicback can be individually adjusted to accommodate your unique lumbar shape.

 

Q. Where can I use the LogicBack?

A. The logic Back can be used with most office chairs, a couch, or in most vehicles.

The Logic Back is ergonomically designed to fit most furniture and office/desk chairs.

 

Q. Can I use the LogicBack without the back strap?

A. Yes, if the Logic back can fit snug against the back of your seat , you can use it with or without the back strap, making sure not to sit on the side legs.

 

Q. If I feel uncomfortable using it what should I do?

A. If you are uncomfortable at first, try unlocking the strap mechanism until you begin to get used to your new posture. It is common to feel discomfort at first while your posture is changing. It may take up to a few weeks to get used to your new posture as it is correcting.

 

 Q. Do I have to re-adjust the Logic back if I take it to another chair?

A. Due to a large variety of chairs, the LogicBack may have to be re-adjusted slightly for each chair. This is one of the main benefits of the LogicBack support, it can be modified to accommodate your spine.

 

Q. Can I wash the cover of the Logic Back support?

 A. No, the cover is removable but very difficult to slip back on.

Q. Do I use Air or Water to fill the base chamber? What is better?

 A. The preference is personal. Water filled base takes a little more effort to fill with water. Air filling and adjusting for the best comfort level is easier. The comfort and support level is similar for Air and Water. The water filled chamber is naturally heavier. We recommend testing both and try each for a period of one week.

 

Q. Is it difficult to set up the Logic Curve Pillow?

A. The air or water filling of the base chamber is very easy. More care is required for water filling as not to spill. The water filling also requires that the extra air be burped out of the chamber.

 

Q. How can I put air into the Logic Curve Pillow chamber?

A. The air filling is very quick and easy. A quick puff of air is usually enough to provide the ideal support. You may also use a hair blow dryer.

 

Q. Do I have to refill my Logic Curve pillow once I have already set it up?

A. Occasionally you may have to adjust the volume of air or water as the pillow settles with time.

Make sure to use the funnel screw included to close the valve tightly.

 

Q. How do I take care of the Logic Curve Pillow?

A. Keep your pillows at their most comfortable by fluffing them occasionally.

To wash your pillow shell in the washing machine, remove the fibre-filled triple core and remove all the water/air from the base chamber. Close and tighten the chamber valve. Use the delicate/hand-wash cycle. Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent and wash and rinse in warm water. You can pre-treat your pillow with a non-bleach stain-remover spray if needed.

To dry your pillow, reshape it and lay it flat on a drying rack. Don’t hang it up to dry! Doing so may displace the filling.

Do not put your pillow in the clothes dryer with any kind of heat. You can use your dryer’s air fluff setting — at a cold temperature only — but make sure to throw in a couple of heavy towels to help with the tumbling process.

 

Q. What is your Return Policy?

A. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Any exchange or return must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will need a return merchandise authorisation code (RMA) in order for your exchange or return to be processed.  Please contact us via email ( info@logicbackcom-al9qiidxed.live-website.com) so that we can assist you.

In the case of a return, once processed, you will receive a confirmation email via PayPal.  Your refund will be credited in the same form as your original payment.

 

Q. How fast will I get my order?

A. For Canadian customers: We typically mail out our pillows the day after your order is placed using Canada Post’s expedited shipping option. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.

For American customers: U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery.
